Eugenia Silva is in her usual paradise: the crystal-clear beaches of Formentera, where she has spent her summers for years and where she can be seen these days enjoying her seaside retreat. From her island home, the model shares her summer on social media, filled with sunbathing, reading, boat trips, and beach looks that never disappoint. Each day she surprises us with a new effortless style that achieves her signature balance between sophistication and naturalness.
One of her latest beach looks has been particularly celebrated: a minimalist, elegant, and timeless swimsuit by the French brand Eres, known for its impeccable cuts and soft color palette. Specifically, it's a classic silhouette with a square neckline and wide straps that subtly enhance her figure. The color—a warm, almost bronze brown—highlights her golden tan and adds a sophisticated touch that contrasts beautifully with the white and turquoise backdrop of the Mediterranean. This swimsuit proves that when there's style (and well-cared-for skin), less is always more.

Toned and luminous skin: beyond the look
If you're wondering how you can —with the time left of summer— improve the appearance of your legs and combat that feeling of heaviness so typical of the season, this is for you.
Light legs in summer: when the heat doesn't help
Heaviness, swelling, and a feeling of tired legs are some of the most common discomforts during the summer. Vasodilation—the natural widening of the veins due to the heat—complicates venous return and promotes fluid retention. Furthermore, electrolyte loss through sweat, a diet high in salt or sugar, and dehydration exacerbate the problem.
At Beldon Medical, its founder Teresa de Miguel and her team of specialists are committed to a smart combination of in-cabin treatments, specific nutrition and cosmetic products to reverse this situation.

“Legs suffer especially in summer. We opt for protocols that combine lymphatic drainage, radiofrequency, and products that stimulate microcirculation,” she explains. Among the experts' favorites are always:
- Manual lymphatic drainage: gentle yet deep, it stimulates the lymphatic system, relieves fluid retention, and improves skin texture. Ideal if you're looking for lighter, smoother legs.
- Pressotherapy: a technique that stimulates circulation with controlled pressure. It relieves fatigue and improves the appearance of cellulite.
- Indiba: one of the most effective treatments. Through radiofrequency, it improves venous and lymphatic return, reduces inflammation, and visibly tones the skin from the first session. “Five well-planned Indiba sessions, accompanied by lymphatic drainage massages, make a real difference,” says Alejandra Castro, a specialist at the center.
From the kitchen: what you eat also matters
A healthy-looking leg, and other areas besides, can be achieved with a fork and spoon. Here are the basic tips from nutrition experts:
- Reduce sodium (sausages, sauces, processed foods).
- Increase your potassium intake (banana, spinach, avocado).
- Introduce draining and anti-inflammatory foods (pineapple, cucumber, celery, red berries).
- Don't forget quality protein (eggs, legumes, white fish).
- Stay hydrated with water and infusions of horsetail, ginger or dandelion.
- Limit alcohol and get moving. Walking and elevating your legs at the end of the day is as basic as it is effective.
Our legs are one of the most exposed areas during the summer, but also one of the most neglected in our beauty routines. Eugenia Silva, without explicitly saying so, reminds us with every post that caring for them isn't a luxury, but an act of self-care . It's not about achieving perfection, but about feeling good. About moving with ease. And about reaching September knowing we did something for ourselves. Even if it was just applying a cooling gel after showering or walking barefoot on the sand. Because every little bit helps.
