Teresa de Miguel Miró

Interview with

Paula Cremades

and their preparation for the big day

Biography

I'm from Alicante and I studied Communication and Public Relations in Valencia. I've always loved fashion and I knew that as soon as I finished my studies I wanted to focus more on it. That's why I decided to do the VOGUE Master's in Fashion and Beauty Communication. It was an incredible experience. After completing the master's program, I had the opportunity to work at Chanel, where I spent eight months immersing myself in everything.

Today, I work at a communications agency, VIA Comunicación, where we create marketing and communications strategies, organize events… I am happy and I am 100% myself.

- What is love to you?

It's dedication, admiration for one another, respect, but above all, commitment.

- What did you feel at the moment of the proposal?

A mixture of nerves, joy, and sadness. In the end, you leave home and separate from your family, but of course, you're very excited to start a life together.

- How do you imagine an ideal wedding?

It is the one where the people I love and who are essential to me are.

- What are the essential items a bride should have?

Natural beauty, with clean makeup, shoes that perfectly reflect your style, and some very special jewelry.

- Have you set any goals for the big day?

Taking care of myself inside and out, and of course, giving it my all, being happy and enjoying myself like never before.

Paula Cremades for Beldon Stories

“My ideal wedding is one in
"The one where the people I love are."

- At such an important time in your life, how do you prepare your skin? What advice have the people you trust most given you?

Having sensitive and very dry skin, I don't want to make drastic changes, but I have added some products to my routine that I know will work better for me. I need to cleanse my skin more often and use creamy, oil-based products.

As for advice, the people I love tell me to be myself, that in the end beauty is attitude and it's on the inside, so... I'll be positive and have the best attitude for the big day!

Paula Cremades Interview for Beldon

“Beauty is an attitude and it's on the inside, so... be positive and have the best attitude for the big day!”

- How would you define beauty?

Beauty is everything, both inside and out. In my opinion, we tend to worry about it too much, but it's very important; it represents us and makes us unique. If we don't take care of ourselves now, when will we?

- How do you take care of your beauty from the inside out?

I love eating well during the week so I can treat myself on the weekends. I adore food, so it's important to have a balance and, of course, eat a variety of foods.

- Who are your beauty icons?

Lady Di, Brigitte Bardot, Gisele Bundchen, Kate Moss…

- What is your morning routine?

Every morning, the first thing I do is thoroughly cleanse my face with a cleansing gel. Then, I apply eye cream and serum. Finally, I use my face and neck moisturizer, which is a lifesaver since I have very dry skin.

- A foolproof trick or product

I've been using eye cream for about a year now, and it's been a great discovery; I can't live without it.

- A pending issue (as far as beauty is concerned)

I'd like to get a relaxing massage. I've never had one, but I'd love to.
